Are you a prepper with an eye for detail and the skills to match? We're looking for a skilled technician to join our team, where your expertise will be key to restoring and repairing some of the most iconic vehicles on the road.
Your Mission:
You'll be responsible for preparing a variety of materials, including:
• Fibreglass
• Carbon Fibre
• Aluminium
• Steel
• Plastics
You'll ensure all surfaces are ready for primer and topcoat application, delivering flawless, high-quality results every time. Your experience in strong edge-to-edge filler work, including large repairs and seamless finishes, will be essential as you mask panels and work independently on a range of exciting projects.
Current Projects Include:
• Refinishing and component work on Porsche, Ferrari, Lotus & Jaguar Replica are just a few.
• Specialised race car restoration, including intricate accident repairs (e.g., remaking a 50-year-old race car wing)
Restoration Highlights:
• The Wren Sport restoration: Complete strip-down and detailed prep (no chemical dips)—just precise flattening, polishing, and prepping.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mastering fibreglass, aluminium, steel, and plastic work
• Performing large-scale, edge-to-edge repairs and restorations with top-tier finishes
• Motorsport or Similar Sector Experience: Proven experience in motorsport, automotive engineering, aerospace, or another high-performance industry is essential.
• Problem-Solving Expertise: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively to solve complex technical issues.
• Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, coordinating across multiple disciplines.
• Adaptability: Ability to innovate and work efficiently under resource constraints and fast-paced conditions.
